Automatic insertion, current connected supplier UID and production-file verification remain unresolved. Checkout stays disabled. Manual upload requires reviewing placement inside Gelato again.

Prepare PNG for Gelato upload
Retained historical fitting experiment. The owner now reports a blank native layout without fixed placeholder boxes. That live setup is unchanged. Square padding is not assumed necessary for it; these prepared samples preserve the earlier tested route only.
MANUAL HANDOFF · source artwork only. Centre the complete original sample on a square with transparent padding where needed, without cropping, stretching or enlargement. Existing image backgrounds stay unchanged. The three fixed samples are prepared locally with verified source pixels and colour information preserved.
This avoided cropping for the synthetic controls through the tested native replacement path in the 244 × 244 mm T-shirt frame, including replacement after an intentional crop. It does not fix ordinary unprepared uploads, prove automatic insertion or transfer this prototype’s position, size or intentional crop. Check and position the source again inside Gelato. Do not upload the separate full print-composition export as source artwork.
No upload, cart, order or production action is performed. Manual Properties → Image frame → Reset remains the fallback if a different receiving frame crops an image. No automatic Reset on open, replacement or saved-design reopening.

Sample composition uses the preserved nominal v1 calibration. Connected-template applicability and automatic handoff remain unverified. Not approved for production.
Mapping and handoff evidence
Manual PNG upload through the existing Gelato editor is documented; this prototype does not do it. Native Studio assigns its own design IDs. No native ID is fabricated.
