with a clear photo and clear expectations.

What kind of dog photo should I upload?

Choose a clear, well-lit photo with the face, ears and distinctive markings visible. A simple background helps. Use an original photo you own or have permission to use, rather than a screenshot.

Can I use more than one dog?

This first experience has been tested with one dog in one photo. Multiple dogs are not verified yet, so start with a solo portrait.

Can I change the look?

Choose one character transformation or one art style. Each new design uses 2 credits. These reviewed examples use the same permitted dog photo; they are not customer creations and do not load into your order automatically.

Can I edit the design?

Sign in to recover your saved artwork in Studio. Download your selected design, then use Personalise a T-shirt to upload it into the product editor. Add or remove images and text, and adjust their size and position there. Artwork is not transferred automatically.

Will the background be removed?

The transformation asks for an isolated dog design with a transparent background, and our tested Cartoon example achieved that after print preparation. Results still need review. A separate Remove Background tool is not available.

What happens if I don’t like the first design?

Always review the likeness before using a design. You can choose another look and create a new design for 2 credits. We do not promise unlimited free attempts or perfect likeness.

What size photo should I upload?

Use the largest, sharpest original you have. Upright JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 12 MB and 28 megapixels are accepted. The minimum is 64 pixels on each side, but that is not a recommendation for printing. The preview checks quality at your chosen design size.

Can I put the design on a black T-shirt?

Yes. The Gildan 64000 is available in Black or White in S, M, L, XL and 2XL, with front printing only. Review contrast, print quality and placement in the product editor. Other colours are not available in this dog journey.
